As a result, we experience symptoms such as anger, anxiety, depression, weakened immune system, digestive issues, headaches and pain, heart issues, high blood pressure, and weight issues.

    Anxiety disorders are the most common mental health disorder in the US. Anxiety is often characterized by nervousness, worry, apprehension, and fear. This can disrupt our sleep, concentration, relationships, and even our ability to complete our daily routine. Severe anxiety can be extremely debilitating.

Energetic imbalances can obstruct the free flow of qi (pronounced ‘chee’) and prevent this vital energy from delivering nourishment and protection to your cells and tissues. This in turn affects the vital organs and emotions.

    Julie will work with you to find the underlying imbalance and obstructions and create a treatment plan specific to your needs. By inserting fine, sterile needles at specific points in the body, she will seek to restore balance and enable the natural movement of qi through the body.

    Julie may also suggest other lifestyle adjustments to enhance treatment and speed healing. This may include diet, exercise, meditation and breathing practices.
